TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING
ORMS-SL works towards promoting a self-reliant
society and to fulfil that desire, we are providing
Technical and vocational training to youths on
different viable and need based trades, which
will ultimately help them to stand on their own,
providing sustainable livelihoods and income
up-gradation to their respective families after
completion of the training.
In this direction, on the 17th December 2022, we held our first graduation ceremony with thirty-six (36) Sierra Leoneans mostly women and disables. we have imparted Tailoring Training to nineteen (19) and computer software training to seventeen (17) Sierra Leonean youths through our skills training programme (Tom Owl Refine Institute).
We are able to achieve this through the unabating effort of the heads of these department Mr. Thomas Kandeh (Tailoring) and Mr. Mohamed Ishaka Sesay (Computer). There staunch effort in growing these programs has resulted to this fruitful stage of ORMS-SL Skills Training Program.
Every success of an individual team player is determined by his/her team members. It is a blessing having such a wonderful team (Team ORMS-SL)
